Your exam may require a few simple preparations, such as drinking contrast, getting an IV, or removing jewelry and clothing. Please refer to our FAQ’s or call us if you have questions.

We accept most insurance plans. Our team can confirm your coverage and walk you through your estimated cost prior to your visit.

What to Bring
Please bring your photo ID, health insurance card, and a payment method. Co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles are typically collected at your appointment.
During Your Visit: From Check-In To Exam
Check-In
Check in at the front desk, where our team will warmly greet you. We’ll confirm your information, review any payments, and answer last-minute questions.
Waiting Area
Relax in our comfortable waiting room. If you are cleared to drink before your exam, enjoy our complimentary beverages.
Changing Room
Some exams may require you to remove clothing, jewelry, or medical devices. Don’t worry — we provide secure lockers for your belongings and a comfortable area where you can relax before your exam.
Exam
Your technologist will walk you through what to expect and answer any questions. We can give you an estimate of how long your procedure will take.
A board-certified radiologist will review your images. The results will be sent directly to your referring physician, who will share them with you and discuss next steps. You can also request a copy for your own records.
If you have another appointment with us, we’ll call to confirm the date and time. Payment is typically collected at the time of service, but you can also pay later using our secure online bill pay system.
